Adele’s beautiful recording of this Bob Dylan classic is presented here in an arrangement for trombone with Big Band accompaniment. Even for a young ensemble, most of this arrangement would not be too difficult, though the trombone soloist needs to have a solid high B-flat, and the lead trumpet also needs the high C to double the soloist up the octave for a short time.
Flexibility: This arrangement will work in multiple contexts. As initially scored, a full big band plus trombone soloist would require 5 trombonists, but in this case the 3rd trombone part could be omitted. If desired, the Solo Trombone part can be performed instead by a vocalist - Lead sheet and Piano/Vocal parts are included in this package.
